Questions about buying a container
What is the price of a shipping container?
The lowest displayed catalog reference is From $1,050 before tax; the highest displayed reference is From $4,762.50 before tax. These are indicative amounts for different models, not a minimum or maximum delivered quotation. They are calculated 25% below selected comparable US supplier price references. Models without comparable evidence remain on request; starting-price references retain From. The lowest displayed amount applies to the 10ft new (one-trip) container. Confirm the actual unit, availability, sales taxes, delivery and unloading in a written quotation before ordering.
How is delivery included in the quotation?
Ask for the full delivered price. Delivery and unloading costs depend on your ZIP code, truck access (width, clear height, slope) and unloading method. From the container listing, “Request delivered price” starts an inquiry for that total. Delivery coverage in US states and the District of Columbia, subject to route and supplier confirmation varies by supplier; for offshore or remote locations, request a specific transport quote.
New, one-trip or used: which should you choose?
US suppliers often call one-trip containers ‘new’. We label them as one-trip because they have travelled from manufacture and may have handling marks. A genuinely never-used unit is a separate specification. WWT describes wind and watertight storage condition. Cargo-worthy requires current inspection and examination details for freight use. As-is units need a written condition report. Our used 10ft is a reconditioned cut-down storage unit.
What colors are available?
Color preferences for new and one-trip inquiries include gentian blue (RAL 5010), reseda green (RAL 6011), light gray (RAL 7035), anthracite gray (RAL 7016). Actual color, availability and any repainting costs must be confirmed in the quotation.
How do I pay?
This shop accepts quotation inquiries only. Submitting the form does not place an order or take payment. A separate quotation must identify the contracting seller, the full price, payment terms, delivery and any cancellation rights before you agree to buy.
